I live in short term rental that is EPA questionable. After plaguing sinus innfections bought my 2nd Alen. Within 20 minutes the difference was stark. This unit was built in the 40's so who knows what is in the walls but my alen helped.

I love my Alen 350 snd 375airpurifiers and their filters.My grandson and granddaughter have just been diagnosed with BAD allergies and asthma. I orderd a new silver filter and took it and my 350 airpurifier to their house and now being told that their allergies and asthm are doing GREAT!!!!! And they havent been sick either with sinus infections or earaches or colds. So now I need to get another airpurifier to replace the one I sent to them. I most likely will get the 375 has a couple of more features then the 350 that I like!!!

I had bought an very expensive air purifier years ago only fo find out by a DR it was hurting my health with its ozone in it. I turned it off. And started looking into Alen. I have asthma and allergies. I bought the 350 for our bedroom and the 375 for the familyroom. I love them!!! I am on the auto plan for the replacement filters. I get the silver filter for the 350 since is doesnt have the germ lights on it and I get the smoke filter for the 375 since it has the germ lights on it and we get lots of fires our here in southern californa. I am thinking of orderin the Prada for me and giving the 350 to my sons family since their kids are now having allergies. I just wish that when you have 2 or more alen purifiers that they gave more of a discount on the filters, Since i am on the auto plan for the filters I dont pay for shipping, which is a discount but I do wish that they gave an additional discount . i have hightly recommended this airpurifiers.

We have had our purifier for about a year now, bought it due to my husband being alergic to our sweet dog, It has helped tremendously. My husband is not suffering from nasal congesstion as much as he was before we started using the air purifer.

As much as I like the filters, I cannot say the same for the so-called "automatic ordering" program! The filters never come on time, and when I call, I end up with two or three over the next week. They make a great product, but do yourself a favor - DON'T sign up for their programs!
