The HEPA filter that I contracted for to be relaced every six months is a good deal for me in that I save alot of money with the super discount, and it reminds me to change it out. With the new filter we know that we are getting the best filtrated air that we need. Thanks again.

To keep up your warranty on the Alen air purifiers, you have to replace the filter every 6 months. What a better way to do it. Automatic Auto Ship and Alen has the records that prove you purchased the filters. I know, without the Auto Ship Plan, I would probably not get the filters ordered on time. This way, there is no forgeting. Love the air purifiers. I have 2 of them. The only drawback, the price of the filters seems too expensive.

Automatic replacement filter delivery wonderful

I am very grateful for the speedy automatic delivery of the A350 HEPAPlus Replacement Filter - especially this time because the LED display lights on my A350 had malfunctioned and still showed red and yellow after I installed the last replacement filter. I recorded the date on the filter but forgot to mark it on my calendar, so I might have forgotten to order another one in time.
I wonder, is this LED light malfunction reparable? I hesitate to surrender the A350, though, even for a few weeks for repair it. I really depend on it and except for this small defect it is a wonderful product!

Both my husband and I suffer from seasonal allergies and the HEPAPlus replacement filters for our 3 A350s make our home our sanctuary when allergy season is upon us. They are easy to use, easy to install, and there is no guess work as to when to replace them with the indicator light on the front of the A350. I am always amazed by what I see in this filter when I replace it. These filters make a noticable difference in the air inside our home and really help with our allegy symptoms. I have the 4 month subscription service which saves me money and I don't have to remember to reorder them on my own. The only thing I wish is that we could by them in multiples on this plan. I usually still have to go to the website and order one or two occassionally on my own without the discount of the subscription plan since I do own 3 purifiers which run 24/7/365.

The filters are easy to change and it's amazing to see the amount of dust (or whatever it is) they collect. At any rate, it's "stuff" I'm not breathing in.
Lately, I have been ordering my filters sooner than 6 months apart, they get filled up so fast. I do have a problem with mold in my house and I do have a long haired dog, and live in a ground floor garden apartment, so I'm sure that all contributes to it.
I sometimes wonder if I shouldn't have gotten a filter I could clean myself, to save money, and out of general laziness. But I like my Alen air purifiers (I have two), it is a reliable, well made product.
