I purchased this product a little over a year ago. I use it all the time. I choose different filters for the different seasons as I live in a basement apartment and I use a fireplace to heat it in the winter. The microbial filter I use in the summer and fall months and the smoke combo filter in the winter and spring months. It always smells so fresh in here and I am confident that I always have clean air to breathe. The Alen corp. stands behind their products as I have first hand experience with them. We recently had a hurricane and were without power for 6 days, when power returned the product would not work. I called alen and they sent a replacement out to me in just a few days at no charge! What a relief that was as I had lost a lot of other items and the alen corp. made the loses less of a headache to me. Thanks for a great product that I cannot live without and a great company that stands behind their lifetime warranty!! Buy this air purifier, it is simply a great product.

I purchased this because of the to Labradors that sleep in the house at night. My spouse complains about the dog smell which does not bother me. Time will tell if it works well enough for her. It work fine for me.

I live in Florida and therefore our windows are closed most of the year. I have central air and change my filters every three months. My husband and I were waking up with a headache every morning and ordered the Alen Air Purifier for that reason. Overnight our headaches are gone and we are so happy that we purchased this item. I recommend this product highly.

It is quiet on all 4 settings, unlike some of the reviews I read. I have used it for over a week now, and it is great!
